    The staff was friendly. Be sure to check out the breakfast buffet. The fresh pastries are a must-try! For future guests, make reservations for spa services in advance to avoid disappointment.

    The hotel staff were extremely attentive, on a 1st name basis. Beds were very comfortable - slept 8 hours straight :). Convenient, short taxi ride to major areas for business meetings.

    Room was very old. Towels and pillows were dirty and smellling. We asked new than they change but still not clean fir 5 star hotel. Room cleaner got into room directly at 8 amwe were naked. She make it twice. One night ago we stayed other 5 star in istanbul with similar price at the same location an itwas comparing dedeman. My idea is dedeman is gettin poor quality.

    The hotel was clean, wonderful, had very, very nice staff at the reception desk. The room was spacious with safe for safety measures, and a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea making equipment, and a sitting area. The view was AMAZING and breakfast was relatively cheap. The fact that Gayrettepe subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

    the elevator was slow it took forever to get upstairs. the fitness center had lots of equipment to work with. the breakfast variety was impressive freshly made options. the staff at breakfast were super friendly, especially serdar bey.

    The staff especially the front desk and Manager she was unhelpful like most of the staff. Room & Toilet cleaning was poor. Rooms and facilities were poor need renovation.

    The Beautiful King Room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely seating area perfect. The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness to assist with any needs. The location was ideal.

    the air conditioning was not working during our stay this made the rooms very hot and not easy to relax. The hotel is very dated , the breakfast was of a poor standard. Not good value for money compared to most city hotels i have stayed in. I rate this hotel 4.5 / 5.00 out of 10
